To put the emphasis on federal/confederate/independence is wrong. The emphasis should be solely on defeating our enemy and
force them out of KawThooLei. To do so, the wellbeing of the mass is a prerequisite for a mass mobilization. And without a direct action, plan, or a strategy, there can be no movement to achieve our goal.

The Karen Border Guard Force, also known as BGF, are entering into Brigade 5 territory by the hundreds. As soon as BGF entered into our Karen territory by the order of their superior the Tatmadaw's Security Administrative Council (SAC), they have by default declaring war on the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) and the people of KawThoLei.

Those leaders who are serving in BGF are traitors and they must be held accountable.
