Hey everyone! Just got done with the recording of the first podcast! Now I'll have to figure out how to edit the dang thing. As soon as it's edited and uploaded I'll post an update. I had originally wanted it to be uploaded before the end of February but life happens so we are pushing for a Friday release. Fingers crossed!

Hello everyone and welcome to the page for Tales From The Backroad! Steph and I had been throwing the idea around for quite some time to start a podcast. We finally decided to act on it and here we are. We have also created an Instagram as well which you can find at TFTBPodcast. Since Steph and I both enjoy a wide variety of stories we felt that we could create a podcast in which you weren't getting just one type of story. We will cover true crime, paranormal, cryptids, folklore, missing people, ghost towns, weird history, and generally anything we think would be a good story to listen to while drive down a backroad. Now we obviously have no idea how far this podcast will go and quite frankly I don't think either one of us care. We just want to have fun and share stories that we think are interesting, terrifying, sad, or funny. So I ask that you share with you friends and family if they are into any of the above mentioned topics.

At the time we do not have a set release date on the podcasts material, but I can tell you we are working on them as we speak. The first podcast has been written up, but we have not recorded it yet. As of now we have five that we really want to do. We may get a couple written up and then decide to start recording or we may just go ahead and record the one we have and then begin working on the next one. That is still unknown

I ask that you understand we are just starting out, and we are not professionals. The sound quality may not be that great in the beginning as I'm sure there is a learning curve that we will have to get past to bring better quality sound. I apologize that this is such a long read, but I'm trying to cover as much info that I think is needed. Thank you all and stay safe on the backroad
