HEY EVERYONE. 👋
I wanted to give you all an update

Trauma therapy has been completed since December. Since the conclusion, I've still been figuring out my identity as a human beyond my career.

In the final stages of pregnancy, I lacked motivation and energy. I enjoyed my final days of naps and Netflix binging until Jan 15th, 2023, when I went into labor.

On Jan 16th at 3:01 a.m., I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. My husband and I enjoyed the first 7 weeks of his life home together. Mike helped me navigate minor health complications and headed back to work last week.

Now it's baby boy, and I making a routine that works for us.

As of now, I'm slowly navigating home life with my boy as I'm picking up the pieces of things I neglected when my mental health plummeted and my body grew my miracle baby. ✨️

Thank you all for still following along with my journey, and I'm excited to get back into the swing of life and dealing with mental illness outloud to remind you all you're not alone 😊

Little miss is afraid if heights and only made it a few pillars up the first try.

20 minutes later she was determined to try again. 9 years old and facing fears.

Yesterday we celebrated my favourite middle child's 11th birthday! 🥳

He had a great day at school, followed with 5 friends coming over for street hockey and pizza before we headed to the 🙈

Spent a hour scaling walls and doing drop slides. Came home to cake and gifts .. this a rowdy sleep over with 4 pals. 👌

Moving to has given us all such a better life. 🙌
