Quick note to say this is my last episode. It’s been a fun three years but I think that, after 31 records—not to mention the book, bonus episodes, and tribute record—I’ve taken the project as far as I can. As a lead up to the Mirrored Aztec episode dropping on Sunday, I thought we could have a contest.

I have a three CD copies left of the Guided By Voices tribute record I put out a few years ago. These physical copies were only made for the bands who contributed. This is a very limited item, with fewer than 100 in existence (and it’s not available for purchase anywhere).

If you’d like to win one, message me here with the names of the five bands (this number does not include GBV) I used as background music for the recent GBV DNA: Four P’s bonus episode. You have until Friday at 6PM PST to send guesses. If three people get it right before then, I’ll post that here. And if no one guesses correctly, then whoever the first three people were to have messaged me will get a CD.
