The Dartford Bridge Triathlon is back on 18 June 2023 and includes a Standard, Sprint and GOTri distance.
The Standard distance swim is 2 laps of a 750m course in one of the cleanest lakes in the South of England, followed by 6 laps of the bike course on closed roads, then two 5km laps around both lakes for the run.
The Sprint is 1 lap of the lake course, 3 laps of the bike course and one lap of the run around both lakes.
The new GOTri event includes a 300m swim, 2 laps on the bike and 1 lap of the run course.
