If you have ever wondered why supporting branded products is necessary… here is why!
Just before Christmas Hubby dropped my Spellbinder Plaitnum 6 Diecutting machines handle off. Now I searched high and low to buy a replacement handle to no avail.
So I emailed the U.S. directly asking if they could send me a link to a store where I could buy a replacement.
To my surprise they did one better, they requested my mailing address and they simply sent me the new handle for FREE. 100% FREE.
THAT BLOWS MY MIND!
