Hey there readers!
This is going to be my last post of this sort (purely written quotes) as I will focus more on the filming aspects now on my path as a film-maker.

The future posts/reels will most likely be a mixture of mostly video scenes and minimalistic text as I find that images and scenes are far more relatable and authentic to the viewers.
And therefore will probably also have more of an effect in their daily lives.

This message here is an important one and is something I have noticed the past years too on my journey.

Sometimes, it takes bravery to speak out what really goes on inside of you and to express your truth.
But only then, we get to know who we are and who we live with. We develop an understanding of each other and eventually empathy and acceptance. A sense of trust and security come along.

Moreover, you can work from a place that you can change something that creates unnecessary suffering.
How could you possibly extinguish a fire if you don’t accept that it’s there in the first place?

Hearing truth often makes us feel uncomfortable and our survival instinct and fear kicks in. Why?

As children, we learnt that we only survive when we behave a certain way. For example: when we are clean, good-looking, have good grades. When we don’t say things that might attack other people’s ego (self-image) that are considered rude or impolite etc.
We adapted and learnt that we can only survive in this world when we adapt and conform and hide our truth and honesty.

However, this behavior keeps us stuck in our distrust towards others and ourselves. It keeps us stuck in our self-doubt. It keeps us stuck in so much misery in this world.

We’ve had enough sugarcoating, deceiving, hiding and lying.

It doesn’t have to be this way. You know what you gotta do, right? 😉
