Now for my favourite update - new tail lights! These blacked out lights with LEDs make the rear end of the RS look so good. Got them on ebay and they weren't cheap, but sooo worth it!! Looks like the next step should be a wash!

I kept looking down on my car from above and all I could see was the super long, stock Focus antenna. After a couple weeks I couldn't take it anymore and I ordered a 2" stubby antenna from Ronin Factory. I think it looks soooo much better now and the radio still works. What do you guys think?

The second upgrade I made to the car was to change the RS lettering from blue to black - are you sensing a theme here? The black is actually a vinyl sticker insert from the Emblem Overlay website - https://www.emblemoverlays.com/ I love the black lettering with the silver outline. What do you all think?

My very first upgrade to the Focus RS - replacing the old silver lug nuts. I picked up a set of black Mishimoto Automotive aluminum lug nuts from Raptor Racing and they make the wheels look so much better... and blacker. This was the first of several mods to achieve the blacked out look I have been dreaming of. Stay tuned for more!

The fall colours were incredible this year in Muskoka, especially when seen reflected on a blacked out Focus RS. I have made just a few tasteful exterior changes to make the RS as black as possible. Is there a wrap in the future? Let's not rule it out! Stay tuned for a rundown of my changes so far.

Ever since it began production in 2016 I have dreamed of owning a Mk3 Ford Focus RS. 6 weeks ago I took this black RS for a "spirited" test drive from Bickley Ford and fell in love instantly. I bought it the next day and it has brought me joy ever since. And how about that awkward first photo with the car?!!
