She left a decent paying job in India to pursue higher education in a foreign land. She recently got married to her now husband in India but unfortunately, she had to make the journey here alone.

This week, we had David Wen again on our show (back to back episodes now). Last time he shared about his life and how he ended in Europe from California.

This episode is a bit special, because instead of focusing on David's life and overall experiences, we focus on a specific event - the Camino De Santiago. It is a pilgrimage of 800 km to Santiago De Compostela in Galicia, Northern Spain. He breaks down his experience for us, such as how his daily routine looked like, things he learned during the hike, etc.

David actually documented parts of his journey and posted a video on his YouTube channel, which you can find here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NqgAzEoKl8

He is now based in Amsterdam and has tons of perspectives to share with us about his experiences paving his own path in life, moving continents and switching career paths. He also sheds some light on some bigger questions in life about meaning, family and success.

David has a YouTube channel where he posts videos about his love for hiking (a 900k view video about the Camino de Santiago) and his life in Amsterdam. You can subscribe to his channel here https://www.youtube.com/c/DavidWenStudio/ . You can also follow him in Instagram .wen

Today's guest was a fellow Filipino, Nadine Jessie and Nadine . Together with her partner, they run a YouTube channel where they share snippets of their life as a young couple in Berlin.

As it was pride month last week, I thought it would be great to interview Nadine about her experience of actually coming out in Berlin. And comparing her experiences here in Germany and in the Philippines. This was actually story that she shared in her YouTube channel awhile back https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQXTWVVsOyNbPZkpPyQpgFQ.
