This weeks episode talks about new legislation in Oklahoma and other conservative states, what that means as the Supreme Court gears up to tenders it’s decision on the landmark case that may overturn Roe v. Wade and how political gain is pushing this anti-abortion narrative.

The fight for transgender youth and their families regarding access to gender affirming care is far from over.

Texas is not alone in their anti-trans legislation though. 15 states over the past two years have pushed more anti-trans legislation than ever before. These laws are criminalizing gender affirming care for minors, penalizing health care professionals providing such services and are labeling parents who provide their children with medically necessary gender affirming treatment as child abusers.

The trans community is under attack.

New article explains what is happening in Texas, goes over the The Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law March brief regarding what this legislation means for trans youth nationwide, and some of the egregious reasons lawmakers are attacking this community.
