और हम एक बार फिर डॉ. साहब जैसा सबसे कमजोर पीएम किरदार बनते देखेंगे। संजय बरुआ ने यूपीए 1 और 2 के दौरान पीएम के मीडिया सलाहकार रहते हुए अपनी पुस्तक 'एक्सीडेंटल प्राइम मिनिस्टर' लिखी, जिसमें इस तरह के 'खिचड़ी राजनीतिक गठबंधन' का अंत कैसे होगा, इस पर सब कुछ शामिल है और मतदाताओं को इस श्रेणी के अनुसार शिक्षित किया जाना चाहिए 🙂

Indian Politics is not so simple to manage People's desires , demands and deal the distrust if something goes wrong which in course of hurdles Politician fail to fulfil. Suddenly people want everything done now without any timeline , planning or course of action needed.

Especially with advent of Social Media communications now available in handheld devices like Smart TV or Phone is making everyone impatient and impulsive without applying mind to any issue or problem with maturity.

Some social problems are like cobwebs and terminates in a wood work to treat or find solution emotionally and legally with most complex Democratic setup we have in India which no Nation in the World can be compared demographically and with cultural diversity in depth.

Also Politically since 2014 People seem to expect much faster results than in past as if some magic wand will bring all changes dreamt and desired within 9 years of Modi Sarkar.
Still I personally give credit to MODI Govt in mission mode completing so many big projects of infrastructure and policy making to bring big changes like UPI or Aadhar etc. directly affecting socio-economic strata in poorest of poor (BPL) families across India.

People just care about their own needs of family, home premises , their own street, Mohalla , town & village and care little about others states pan India. Politically also many States regionally only focused and self centric in running State development as priority but National Interest has no importance as a Nation.

Opinion :
Judiciary on whose side it was in 2013 during UPA 2 Govt. and compare it since 2014 NDA Govt. till date with Manipur etc cases heard or Judiciary waking up for midnight calls for Terrorist appeals for mercy then and today is all available for us in News Archives.

Who arm twisted Judiciary then and how Judiciary is getting almost free hand or crossing its limits questioning Parliament which makes laws. But still we hear complaints about Judiciary not getting free hand from Govt. but its other way round where GOI keeps running to SC for DeMo, NPAs, Covid etc etc

Today SC allowing every other PILs and Govt. policies objected by Opposition on basis of doubt and suspicion like Rafael Govt to Govt Defence deal or EVM or anything which Opposition raises and goes to SC in the midnight hours gets immediate hearing is something which was not the case in past to sum up all history of Judiciary like it happens today at a drop of hat. If we go through chronology of events since 2014 we will know the long list of Judiciary allowing Political cases.

Suspicion cannot be the basis of any political appeals or litigations which Judiciary must take up in pursuit of giving fair chance argument especially in Politically intended tactics in derailing Public welfare policies like 'AADHAR ID' was stopped and then weakened etc in today's identity problem in Billion + population Country keeping in mind the National Security aspects.

SC cannot become Political tool to act on every other issue or administrative works stopped or held to be heard first in Courts delaying all governance works and security related matters are taken to Courts on suspicion. Judiciary is more busy taking up Political cases more than lakhs of Citizens cases pending in Courts for decades in some cases didn't get any dates is on record status.

I can understand checks and balances of any Govt in power but this is becoming visible that Judiciary takes up any appeal or case which Opposition demands to put ruling Govt which was elected by the People but people who were voted out of power are doing enough to delay or stop governance misusing Judiciary on so many instances. Even eminent SC Lawyer Harish Salve shared this concern when defending the GOI on important cases.
