I'll be the first to admit I'm not always the best at creating work/life boundaries—but here's one I'm firm about: dinner is no-phone, sit-around-the-table time. [with the exception of the occasional pic for token of remembrance]

For me, this is a chance to recenter with the people who mean the most to me. It's not always (or ever, TBH) a five-course meal. But it is a special opportunity to connect whether over my signature pasta or pizza served straight from the cardboard box (Shout out to keeping me fed on set 🤭)

There will be no one in the world that cares as much about the life you live, the work you create, the dreams you chase, then you, my friend. So you might as well go live the life you dream of, create things you love, work on things you are passionate about, and push past what others might think is even possible.

Today, I'm taking a moment to reflect on this journey of becoming a Virtual Assistant and how incredibly thankful I am to spend my days relieving stress from my clients and teaching them they too can have success without the stress. To find the courage to pursue my dreams and make them a reality.

And maybe, just maybe, inspiring another person in this beautiful world to pursue their dreams too ✨️

What makes people follow you on Instagram? Here’s the answer to this age-old question: Its not just one thing! Good content, good feed appearance and interaction help you get more followers. Social proof helps you make your account stand out in a sea of other Instagram accounts.

There are so many reasons to follow someone on social media: you think they are aspirational, you think they are funny, you are learning tangible things from them and so on. Even among the people reading this, I’m sure you each have different reasons for why and how we connected.

I’m sharing one of my IG tricks with you today. 🤫 We ALL started somewhere—and someone who is a gatekeeper of “success secrets” isn’t going to get any farther.

So, here’s one of my hottest hacks: On those days you find yourself writing up a last minute post because you didn't have the time to plan your content for the week (We've all been there 🥴) try encorporating one of these 5 content tiers and watch your post preform as if you didn't just think about posting 2 minutes ago!

✨️EDUCATIONAL: posting educational content makes your audience trust you as an expert in your field.

✨️PASSIONATE : whether you use your words of passion to share how your product was made, offer advice, or explain what you do and why, they can add value and help your audience get to know you and your business better.

✨️ENGAGING : captions that encourage conversation and entice your audience to respond help increase reach on social media. more 👀 = more chance someone will buy💰.

✨️PERSONAL : authenticity is often lacking on social media, this is why I'm a big believer in being your truest self on your business IG! (keep it professional)
