God uses worship to recenter our priorities and reestablish where our security lies. We can be taught why it’s important to praise and glorify our almighty God, but until it’s a regular part of our lives, we’ll never understand how God is using it to keep us focused.

DIDTO TA MASIMBA KAY NINDOT ILANG PRAISE AND WORSHIP.

If this is your mindset about worship, maybe you have to check your motive.

If you find the worship Service boring is that the band’s fault, or your fault? I completely concurred with the concept, but I was unable to see how the fog machine contributed. Is this worship? Is this entertainment? Is it both? Can it be both? Is it wrong if it is both?

Is worship about me, or about God? “Worship is not a musical style, it is a lifestyle,”

If we lost all the conveniences and facilities of our contemporary worship sessions, could we still offer a true sacrifice of praise? Would attendance drop if your or my church did it for a while?

It is good to have instruments and very good players and musicians. But the best instrument that we can have to worship our living God is ourselves. It is the Heart that worships God in spirit and in truth.

Church is hard.

Church is hard for the person walking through the doors, afraid of judgement.

Church is hard for the prodigal soul returning home, broken and battered by the world.

Church is hard for the pastor’s family, under the microscope of an entire body.

Church is hard for the girl who looks like she has it all together, but doesn’t.

Church is hard for the couple who fought the entire ride to service.

Church is hard for the single mom, surrounded by couples holding hands, and seemingly perfect families.

Church is hard for the widow and widower with no invitation to lunch after service.

Church is hard for the deacon with an estranged child.

Church is hard for the person singing worship songs, overwhelmed by the weight of the lyrics.

Church is hard for the man insecure in his role as a leader.

Church is hard for the wife who longs to be led by a righteous man.

Church is hard for the nursery volunteer who desperately longs for a baby to love.

Church is hard for the single woman and single man, praying God brings them a mate.

Church is hard for the teenage girl, wearing a scarlet letter, ashamed of her mistakes.

Church is hard for the sinners.

Church is hard for me.

It’s hard because on the outside it all looks shiny and perfect. Sunday best in behavior and dress.

However, underneath those layers, you find a body of imperfect people, carnal souls, selfish motives.

But, here is the beauty of church—

Church isn’t a building, mentality, or expectation.

Church is a body.

Church is a group of sinners, saved by grace, living in fellowship as saints.

Church is a body of believers bound as brothers and sisters by an eternal love.

Church is a holy ground where sinners stand as equals before the Throne of Grace.

Church is a refuge for broken hearts and a training ground for mighty warriors.

Church is a converging of confrontation and invitation. Where sin is confronted and hearts are invited to seek restoration.

Church is a lesson in faith and trust.

Church is a bearer of burdens and a giver of hope.

Church is a family. A family coming together, setting aside differences, forgetting past mistakes, rejoicing in the smallest of victories.

Church, the body, and the circle of sinners-turned-saints, is where He resides, and if we ask, He is faithful to come.

So even on the hard days at church—

The days when I am at odds with a friend, When I’ve fought with my spouse because we’re late once again. When I’ve walked in bearing burdens heavier than my heart can handle, yet masking the pain with a smile on my face. When I’ve worn a scarlet letter, under the microscope. When I’ve longed for a baby to hold, or fought tears as the lyrics were sung. When I’ve walked back in, afraid and broken, after walking away.

I’ll remember, He has never failed to meet me there.

Sugatan, ngunit nangangasiwa sa Simbahan.
Sugatan, nagbibigay pa sa mga miyembro.
Sugatan, patuloy pa rin.

Pakiusap, huwag mo nang dagdagan ng isa pang sugat ang maraming sugat ng nagdurugo na Pastor na iyon.
Kung hindi mo kayang gamutin ang mga sugat nila, huwag mo nang dagdagan pa ang sakit nila.

Nawa'y tulungan ng Diyos ang bawat Pastor.

Nasa tao ang pagpaplano, ngunit ang Panginoon ang nagpapasya kung magaganap ito o hindi.

Inaakala natin na tama ang lahat ng ating ginagawa, ngunit ang Panginoon lang ang makakapaghusga kung ano talaga ang ating motibo.

Ipagkatiwala mo sa Panginoon ang lahat ng iyong gagawin, at magtatagumpay ka.

Ang lahat ay nilikha ng Panginoon na mayroong layunin, kahit na nga ang masasama, itinalaga sila para sa kapahamakan.

Kinasusuklaman ng Panginoon ang mayayabang at tiyak na silaʼy parurusahan.

Kung minamahal natin ang Panginoon nang may katapatan, patatawarin niya ang ating mga kasalanan. Kung may takot tayo sa kanya nang may paggalang, makalalayo tayo sa kasamaan.

Kapag kinalulugdan ng Panginoon ang ating pamumuhay, kahit na ang ating kaaway ay gagawin niyang ating kaibigan.

Mas mabuti ang kaunting halaga na pinaghirapan, kaysa sa malaking kayamanang galing sa masamang paraan.

Ang tao ang nagpaplano, ngunit nasa Panginoon ang kaganapan nito.

Ang haring pinapatnubayan ng Panginoon, palaging tama ang paghatol.

Ayaw ng Panginoon ang dayaan sa kalakalan.

Sa mga hari ay kasuklam-suklam ang paggawa ng kasamaan, dahil magpapatuloy lamang ang kanilang pamamahala kung sila ay makatuwiran.

Nalulugod ang mga hari sa mga taong hindi nagsisinungaling; minamahal nila ang mga taong nagsasabi ng katotohanan.

Kapag ang hari ay nagalit maaaring may masawi, kaya sinisikap ng taong marunong na malugod ang hari.

Hindi pinapatay ng hari ang taong sa kanya ay kalugod-lugod; pinakikitaan niya ito ng kabutihan gaya ng ulan sa panahon ng tagsibol.

Higit na mabuti ang magkaroon ng karunungan at pang-unawa, kaysa sa magkaroon ng pilak at ginto.

Ang namumuhay nang matuwid ay lumalayo sa kasamaan, at ang nag-iingat ng kanyang sarili ay nalalayo sa kapahamakan.

Ang kayabangan ay humahantong sa kapahamakan, at ang nagmamataas ay ibabagsak.

Higit na mabuti ang mamuhay nang may pagpapakumbaba kasama ang mahihirap kaysa sa mamuhay kasama ng mayayabang at makibahagi sa kanilang pinagnakawan.

Ang taong nakikinig kapag tinuturuan ay uunlad, at ang taong nagtitiwala sa Panginoon ay mapalad.

Ang marunong ay kinikilalang may pang-unawa, at kung siyaʼy magaling magsalita marami ang matututo sa kanya.

Kapag may karunungan ka, buhay moʼy bubuti at hahaba; ngunit kung hangal ka, parurusahan ka dahil sa iyong kahangalan.

Ang taong marunong ay nag-iingat sa kanyang mga sinasabi, kaya natututo ang iba sa kanya.

Ang matatamis na salita ay parang pulot-pukyutan, nakakapagpasaya at nakakapagpasigla ng katawan.

Maaaring iniisip mo na nasa tamang daan ka, ngunit ang dulo pala nito ay kamatayan.

Ang kagutuman ang nagtutulak sa tao na magtrabaho.

Ang taong masama ay nag-iisip ng kasamaan, at ang bawat sabihin niya ay parang apoy na nakakapaso.

Ang taong nanlilibak ng kapwa ay nagsisimula ng away, at ang matalik na magkaibigan ay kanyang pinaghihiwalay.

Ang taong nabubuhay sa karahasan ay nanghihikayat ng kanyang kapwa sa kasamaan.

Mag-ingat sa taong ngingiti-ngiti at kikindat-kindat dahil maaaring masama ang kanyang binabalak.

Ang katandaan ay tanda ng karangalan na matatanggap ng taong namumuhay sa katuwiran.

Higit na mabuti ang taong mapagpasensya kaysa sa taong makapangyarihan. Higit na mabuti ang taong nakakapagpigil sa sarili kaysa sa taong nakakasakop ng isang lungsod.

Nagpapalabunutan ang mga tao upang malaman kung ano ang kanilang gagawin, ngunit nasa Panginoon ang kapasyahan.

I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"

When life gets tough, what spills over?

Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?

Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

Pinatay ni Cain si Abel hindi dahil nagkasala ito sa Kanya, ito ay dahil hindi kinaya ni Cain ang PABOR NG DIYOS sa buhay ni Abel.

Minsan nagtataka ka kung bakit may mga taong naninira sayo, kung bakit galit sila sa iyo, kung bakit nila nagagawa ang mga bagay na ginagawa nila sa iyo.

Hindi naman sa may problema ka, ito ay dahil hindi nila kayang nakikita ang pabor ng Diyos sa iyong buhay.

Iyon ang dahilan kung bakit hindi mo kailangang i-stress ang iyong sarili sa mga taong determinadong biguin ka, pabagsakin ka o hindi ka maintindihan.

Dapat mong unawain na hindi lahat Ng tao ay magugustuhan ka. Ngunit lahat ng tao ay nakakasaksi na ikaw ay pinapaboran ng Panginoon.

Manindigan kasama Ang Diyos. Huwag Mang apak Ng kapwa. Patuloy na palakasin Ang iyong pananampalataya at Siguradong walang makakatinag Sayo. KASAMA MO ANG DIYOS!

A FATHER'S LOVE LETTER

My Child,

You may not know me, but I know everything about you.
I know when you sit down and when you rise up. I am familiar with all your ways.
Even the very hairs on your head are numbered. For you were made in my image.
In me you live and move and have your being, for you are my offspring.
I knew you even before you were conceived. I chose you when I planned creation.

I knit you together in your mother's womb. And brought you forth on the day you were born.

"Bakit Ganon?
Nag pray ka na ei Bless ka ni Lord Financially.
Binigyan ka Ng Negosyo. Pero bakit ganito? Kahit Araw Ng Linggo ginagamit mo? Yung iba Double Pay pa sa mga trabahante tuwing Sunday."

"Kaya unahin ninyo ang mapabilang sa kaharian ng Dios at ang pagsunod sa kanyang kalooban, at ibibigay niya ang lahat ng pangangailangan ninyo.." - Mateo 6:33

Sinabi ni Hesus na unahin muna ang Kanyang kaharian sa Kanyang sermon sa Bundok (Mateo 6:33). Direkta ang kahulugan ng talatang ito. Dapat nating hanapin ang kaharian ng Diyos bilang ating prayoridad higit sa anumang bagay dito sa mundo. Ang pangunahing kahulugan nito ay dapat nating hanapin ang kaligtasan na likas sa kaharian ng Diyos dahil higit itong mahalaga kaysa sa lahat ng kayamanan sa mundo. Nangangahulugan ba ito na dapat nating pabayaan ang mga pang araw-araw nating gawain upang itaguyod ang ating mga buhay. Siyempre hindi. Ngunit para sa isang Kristiyano, dapat na may pagkakaiba sa ating saloobin sa mga bagay na ito. Kung itinuturing nating una sa lahat ng bagay ang gawain ng Diyos — ang paghahanap ng kaligtasan, pamumuhay sa pagsunod sa Kanya, at pagbabahagi ng Mabuting Balita sa iba—Siya ang bahala sa ating mga gawain gaya ng Kanyang ipinangako—at ito ang nararapat, kaya't bakit tayo magaalala?

Ngunit paano natin malalaman na tunay ngang inuuna nating hanapin ang kaharian ng Diyos? Narito ang mga tanong na maaari nating itanong sa ating sarili: "Ano ang mga gawain na higit nating pinaggugugulan ng lakas? Ang panahon at salapi ko ba ay nagugugol para sa mga bagay at gawain na tiyak na maglalaho, o para sa paglilingkod sa Diyos—na ang resulta ay may kinalaman sa walang hanggan?" Ang mga mananampalataya na natutunan na tunay na unahin ang Diyos ng higit sa lahat ng bagay ay nananangan sa banal na prinsipyong ito: "…at lahat ng mga bagay ay pawang idaragdag sa inyo."

Ipinangako ng Diyos na pagkakalooban Niya ng lahat ng pangangailangan ang lahat ng sa Kanya (Filipos 4:19), ngunit ang ideya ng ating pangangailangan ay laging kakaiba sa Kanyang pakahulugan, at ang Kanyang panahon ay paminsan-minsan lamang na umaangkop sa ating panahon. Halimbawa, maaaring ang nakikita nating pangangailangan ay kayamanan o pagsulong sa ating personal na buhay, ngunit maaaring iba ang nais ng Diyos para sa atin dahil mas alam Niya kaysa sa atin kung ano ang ating kinakailangan. Maaring ang kinakailangan natin ay isang panahon ng kahirapan, pagkawala ng isang mahalagang tao o bagay, o kalungkutan. Sa tuwing nangyayari ito sa ating buhay, nasa mabubuti tayong mga kamay. Parehong iniibig ng Diyos si Job at si Elias, ngunit hinayaan ng Diyos si Satanas na saktan si Job (ang lahat ng pangyayari ay nasa ialim ng Kanyang kapamahalaan), at hinayaan Niya ang isang masamang babaeng si Jezebel na "durugin" ang espiritu ng Kanyang propetang si Elias (Job 1–2; 1 Hari 18–19). Sa parehong pangyayari, sinundan ng Diyos ang mga pagsubok na ito ng pagpapanumbalik at pagkakaloob ng kanilang mga pangangailangan.

Ang mga negatibong aspetong ito ng kaharian ay sumasalungat sa mga maling katuruan na ngayon ay sumisikat sa buong mundo, ang tinatawag na Ebanghelyo ng Kasaganaan o prosperity Gospel. Lumalagong bilang ng mga bulaang mangangaral ang umaakit ng maraming tagasunod sa likod ng mensaheng "Nais ng Diyos na payamanin kayo!" Ngunit ang pilosopiyang ito ay hindi ayon sa katuruan ng Bibliya— at tiyak na hindi ito ang kahulugan ng Mateo 6:3; hindi ito isang pormula para sa pagpapayaman, kundi isang paglalarawan sa pagkilos ng Diyos. Itinuturo ni Hesus na ang ating pansin ay dapat na palayo sa mundong ito — ang kasamaan at mga kasinungalingan sa likod ng pangaakit nito — at sa halip, ituon natin ang ating pansin sa mga bagay sa Kanyang Kaharian.

Genesis 9:8-17. After the flood, God made a covenant with Noah and all his descendants that never again would the human family be threatened with total annihilation by flood. The sign God gave Noah to assure him of this covenant was the rainbow. “Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds I will remember my covenant.”

5 THINGS THAT CAN KILL YOUR DREAM

1. Fear: Fear is one of the most significant obstacles that can stop people from pursuing their dreams. Pastor, ihatag na pud na sa mga bataon.

Pastor.... Dili, pastor Kuwan, pastor ayaw lang ko. PASTORRRRR.

Anong rason pa ba Ang binibigay natin Kay Pastor para umiwas sa mga Gawain Ng Diyos?

Minsan ginagawa nating excuse Ang mga Weaknesses natin para Hindi Tayo maging parte Ng Gawain.

Pero Ang totoo hindi Yun Ang Dahilan. Talagang Tamad lang Tayo, talagang Hindi lang talaga Tayo Naniwala sa kung paano Tayo Gamitin Ng Diyos sa paraan na Gusto Niya. Dahil mas gusto nating Gawin Ang mga Bagay na gusto natin kumpara sa mga Bagay na gusto Ng Diyos na dapat nating Gawin.

Alalahin mo Ang mga Ordinaryong tao na ginamit Ng Diyos sa kanyang Gawain katulad nila Moses, Aaron, Elijah, David at iba ba. Mga Ordinaryong tao na pinahintulutang Gawin Ang nais Ng Diyos sa kanilanh Buhay. Mga Ordinaryong Tao subaliy Malaki Ang naging epekto sa kasaysayan Ng ating pananampalataya.

Katulad nga sa Salita Ng Diyos sa Santiago 5:17 "Si Elias ay isang tao na tulad din natin; nang mataimtim siyang nanalangin na huwag umulan, hindi nga umulan sa loob ng tatlong taon at anim na buwan."

GOD USES ORDINARY PEOPLE TO PERFORM EXTRAORDINARY TASK!

Don’t measure your life by the world’s standards. Many denominations are doing
it. Many pastors and churches are doing it. Think about it. By the world’s standards,
a person or a church may look pretty good yet, in God’s sight, be utterly detestable.
Similarly, a person or a church may be wholly yielded to God and pleasing to Him yet
be insignificant in the world’s eyes. Could a pastor who faithfully serves where God
placed him in a small, rural community be pleasing to the Lord? Certainly, if that is
where God placed him. God will look for and reward faithfulness, whether the person
has been given responsibility for little or much.

God delights in using ordinary people to accomplish His purposes. Paul said
God deliberately seeks the weak things and the despised things because from them He
receives the greatest glory (see 1 Cor. 1:26-31).Then everyone knows only God could
have done something through them. If you feel weak, limited, or ordinary, you are the
best material through which God works.

Six years in the ministry is nothing compared to those who are ahead of us in the field. But how God is using me extraordinarily makes my six years more fruitful and fulfilling. This birthday is another year of opportunity to serve and to touch people's lives, especially those who are in far-flung communities.

Thank you, Lord, for using me to do your work. Thank you for the love of the family, relatives, and friends. Thank you for making your plans visible. Thank you for answering my prayer.

THE 3 TYPES OF PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE..

1. The Leaf people
2. The Branch people
3. The Root people

LEAF PEOPLE:

These are people who come into your life just for a season. You can't depend on them because they are weak. They only come to take what they want, but if the wind comes they will leave.

You need to be careful of these people because they love you when things are okay, but when the wind comes they will leave you 🤗

BRANCH PEOPLE:

They are strong, but you need to be careful with them too. They break away when life becomes tough and they can't handle too much weight. They may stay with you in some seasons, but they will go when it becomes harder ✊

ROOT PEOPLE:

These people are very important because they don't do things to be seen. They are supportive even if you go through a difficult time they will water you and they are not moved by your position they just love you like that ...

It's not all people you meet or are your friends, that will stay with you.

Only the root type of people will stay no matter the season💪

BIBLICAL REASONS WHY MARRIAGES FAIL

1. Lack of friendship in marriage. Marriage cannot be sustained with the titles of husband and wife. Titles can easily become labels to live up to for society leading to "This is my role, I cannot do that".. friendship makes the two grow closer.

~ "One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother." Proverbs 18:24

2. Wrong motives. When you marry for society, only for s*x or because you've grown of age it will not last. Marriage is a commitment by two grown ups in need of mutual companionship ready to be responsible for each other, not merely the next phase of adulthood after getting a job or a status for social prestige

~ "All a person's ways seem pure to them, but motives are weighed by the LORD." Proverbs 16:2

3. Lust. Anything built on lust doesn't last. If all that attracted the two was physical, it will not last.

~ "The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace." Romans 8:6

4. Lack of preparedness. Jesus said count the cost before committing to anything

~ “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, ‘This person began to build and wasn’t able to finish." Luke 14: 28-30

5. Lack of vision. Vision inspires commitment.

~ "Where there is no vision, the people perish" Proverbs 29:18

6. Lack of knowledge. We go to school to study to be professionals but we don't take time to understand the institution of marriage and the family unit.

~ "my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge' Hosea 4:6

7. Poor gender relations where men feel attacked and entitled and women feel unstoppable. Too many marriages are suffering due to gender wars.

~ "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." Galatians 3:28

8. Lack of understanding of what love is. Many of us have been hurt from childhood, heartbroken when dating and have no idea what to love and be loved means. We need to heal, hurt people hurt people.

~"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. " 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8

9. Listening to too many voices. Many couples end up being distracted and confused because they listen to too many voices; parents, friends, media and even their ex; this usually is by couples with a low self esteem and with weak self identity or who are manipulated by peer pressure.

~ "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints." 1 Corinthians 14:33

10. Sexual indiscipline. This leads to affairs, flirting with outsiders, suspicions and eventually divorce or marriages that exist legally but are in fact dead.

~ "Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death." James 1:15

11. Disjointed growth. When the husband and wife start to grow apart spiritually, mentally, emotionally or financially; they might easily need each other less. The two should strive to grow as a team.

~ "Can two walk together, except they be agreed?" Amos 3:3

12. Blessings turned sour. The blessings of children, work and successful business if not properly managed can easily end up being a threat to the marriage. There is need to find a balance.

~ "You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked." Revelations 3:17

13. Lack of patience. Marriage is not for people who give up easily, people who want the fruits but not the process.

~"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Philippians 1:6

14. Unresolved issues which get carried forward to the next day, the next month, the next year becoming complicated.

~"In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry," Ephesians 4:26

15. Overspiritualization of marriage, this makes some think that praying alone will save their marriage, makes them elevate a pastor above their own spouse, makes them rigid leading to poor relations and intimacy with their spouse.

~"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."Matthew 6:33.. when God is adding "all these other things" like laughter, great s*x, feelings, good times, fun, romance; don't reject them

16. Individualism. Marriage is for two people who want to submit to each other; not those who let their ego win, are selfish or want to prove they are better.

~" submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ." Ephesians 5:21
