A report by The Canary found that Palantir, a UK-funded contractor is providing intelligence support to President Donald Trump’s paramilitary attacks on the Black Lives Matter protests in the US city of Portland and further afield.

Earlier in 2020, Palantir was awarded a contract by the Conservative Government for data storage management with the NHS, the COVID-19 data-store project. The project encompasses a large range of data sources including 111 and 999 calls, plus detailed sensitive personal patient records.

Ten years after allegations of corruption were first bought to light, the SFO has finally got the go-ahead from the UK’s Attorney General, Suella Braverman, to present charges against the GPT, a subsidiary of Airbus, relating to its dodgy arms deals with Saudi Arabia.

New Allegations Assert Assange Conspired With “Anonymous” Affiliated Hackers, Among Others.

A superseding US indictment against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is still being considered by both the prosecution and the defence in his UK extradition hearing.

The 48-year-old did not appear for a routine call-over hearing at the Westminster Magistrates' Court in London on Monday.
Assange is fighting extradition to the US to face 17 charges of violating the US Espionage Act and one of conspiring to commit computer intrusion.

Journalists, attending the Black Lives Matter protests are being “systematically targeted” by the police. The US Press Freedom tracker reports that since the start of the protests there have been over 300 reported violent incidents between police and journalists, 20 of which led to journalists being arrested. This is a vast difference from 2019 in which there were 150 press freedom violations over the entire year.

GCHQ, Britain’s listening/spy agency which has conducted unlawful mass surveillance and offensive cyber operations, is now running a secretive programme in at least 40 UK schools which gives it access to children as young as four.

The majority share of the £2.48-billion budget for Britain’s intelligence services is taken by GCHQ, which has twice the number of personnel of the other major security services, MI5 and MI6, combined. (DECLASSIFIED UK, Matt Kennard)

The infamous hacktivist group from the last decade are back at it again. Anonymous have taken up the cause for George Floyd and Black lives matter. Taking down the Minneapolis police department website and doxing members of the force, including sharing their personal banking information.

But it doesn’t end there. The group is also going against President Trump.

Protesters around the world took to the streets again on Friday, in a wave of outrage at the death of African American George Floyd in the United States and racism against minorities in their own nations.

Floyd's death, after a white police officer pressed a knee into his neck for nine minutes, while detaining him, has convulsed the United States.

In London's Trafalgar Square, dozens took to one knee in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.

Placards read: "White People Must Do More" and "Justice for Belly Mujinga" in reference to a rail worker who died of COVID-19 after being spat at by a man who said he was infected.

During lockdown many have been encouraged to take up meditation and yoga. These practises have gained a lot of traction on social media to keep fit mentally and physically during the toll of lockdown.
