The first time I heard and saw A Jeffrey LaValley play, I was about 10 or 11 years old...I was like, “WOW!” 🤦🏾‍♀️
Years later, I was blessed to sit under his teaching annually during the early years of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship and I was like, “WOW!” 🤦🏾‍♀️
Nowadays, I watch his “Hymn Of The Day” videos around 5 times a week and still, I’m like, “WOW!” 🤦🏾‍♀️
I look forward to seeing new ones and I am intentional about finding old ones. They are ALL so amazing. So, today, I decided to do one. 🤞🏾
I mimicked his “hi and bye”, but I didn’t even ATTEMPT to play an intro or outro to the song as he does. He plays the best and I refuse to even humiliate myself trying. I hope to play as beautifully as he does one day. I also pray that God continues to keep him so that he can be around for decades, blessing us with his outstanding gift. I absolutely love his extraordinary touch on the piano. Pray for me!!! 😩🙏🏾😉

“Keep Holding On” is the song that I love to hear my mother sing most! I love having countless (seriously, COUNTLESS) video and audio clips of her singing. I also love that they are all unedited. Every moment, whether singing, praying or being silly, is captured. I never would have imagined that moments like this would change for us because of her dementia, but I am so grateful to have them recorded. It is my pleasure to share her amazing and anointed voice on this platform. Thank you all for your kind words regarding her ministry and impact on your lives and, most of all, for your continued prayers! She’s the best! ❤️

I’m so glad that I have many videos of this powerful voice. My mother is living with dementia and doesn’t sing too much these days. I listen to her voice EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE through videos and voice memos. I am comforted by the fact that she knows and loves God and that He is keeping her. This is a Hawkins classic that she loves to sing. It is a true testament of her walk with God! Sing, Ma! ❤️ (Recorded on 11.01.13)
