Founded in 2009, Starving Artist Entertainment was formed by two long time friends with a vision, to offer artists an opportunity to have a fighting chance in the music industry. Offering years of experince in the studio, as well as being in the Hip Hop community for over a decade, the two decided to step up to the plate and set the gears of their vision in motion.
Putting together one of the most talented crews of Hip Hop artists in the Boston area, they are able to provide the world with a current yet classic, raw but refined soundscape. SAE covers every aspect of the creative process: Taking project concepts from an idea and bringing it to light with original artwork, excellent in-house production, and a complete PR package - all in a respectable time frame. Having successfully organized, hosted and run many music, art, and benefit events over the years, SAE has handled booking on all scales, holding strong ties with several popular venues around the Boston/SouthShore area. Starving Artist Entertainment consists of a diverse hip hop line-up who dwell deep in the roots of the culture, keeping it as fresh and relevant as it should be. From breaking, graffiti writing, turntablism to MCing, no part of Hip Hop is left out. These Starving Artists understand the struggle and have all come up, after many years of dedication to following their passions while perfecting their crafts. By bringing all points of Hip Hops spectrum to the table, SAE has the unquie ablity to offer music that touches the listener on a personal level and always leaves a lasting impression.
