We are hitting hard on your quads, glutes and hams! I love the versatility and everything that can be done by using the bands this way to recreate that leg press experience that we all miss from the gym!
The 4th slide is actually an assisted exercise and the band will help with this great move for your hams, so you can do more reps 👌🏻

4. Lunge backs - pull the bands (at your knees) towards as you come up, but don’t lock knees
5. Hamstring curls
6. Lateral pull throughs
7. Standing thrusts
8. Long resistance jumps
