There is huge misunderstanding in this speech from 13.00Uhr.
A. To start with comparing BJP union government with DMK State government is politically, logically, constitutionally wrong. state governement is lacking state autonomy and fighting for it. BJP union government reluctantly showing hatred to trans and q***r community.
B. DMK every time when they are in power doing their max for the Trans -q***r community. We have Thirunar welfare board, this board with couple of NGOs preparing a LGBTiQ draft for their better live., which strongly recommends reservations for Trans and intersex (not for LGBQ only for Trans and intersex). This speaker also very much aware of it and manipulating uneducated youngsters, so called mootha thirunangaigal . She is campaigning a false propaganda amongst innocent Trans sisters that this draft will affect Trans welfare. DMK government trying to give all our rights to q***r.
C. This speaker is an internal Transphobic person., they openly insulted Transmen, Gay, le****ns and Q***r. She is in team with casteist , Sangi trans NGOs to demean the efforts of DMK
D. Because of this persons false propaganda. this whole LGBTiQ draft is being delayed to be implemented. and so the transpersons couldn't use reservation this time.
There is so much to say I will do a podcast sooner or later. Call me UP or whatever s**t., belitteling DMKs contribution wouldn't make one a Dalit activist, Dalit conscious and practical common sense will.

In this First episode, She is sharing her herstorical win for the Transwomen in India. Changing one's name and Gender is a big deal for Transcommunity in India. Smiley achieved this in 2007 after 2 and half years of struggle with Tamilnadu state. Till date there has so many things changed and many to change yet. There is always a first step.
