👉The sting of perceived failure is a universal experience, that sharp pang of disappointment when things don't go according to plan.

But what if I told you that sometimes, what feels like failure is simply a sign you've been planted in the wrong place?

💭Imagine a vibrant seed, yearning for sunlight, mistakenly tossed into the shade of a towering oak. No matter how much it strained towards the meager light filtering through the leaves, it wouldn't thrive. The seed itself isn't flawed; it's misplaced.

👉This metaphor translates beautifully to our lives. We, like seeds, possess unique talents and desires. But if we find ourselves in environments that stifle our growth, feeling like a failure becomes inevitable.

2)Identify your Needs:

Think about sunlight, fertile soil, and ample water for the sunflower. What nourishes your spirit? Is it creativity, collaboration, or a fast-paced environment?

3) Embrace the power of : ( Change is the only constant)

➡️Sometimes, the best action is to uproot and find a more suitable space. This doesn't equate to giving up; it's about seeking an environment that fosters your strengths.

👉Remember, "A ship in the harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for," as John A. Shedd wisely said.

4)Trust your bloom:

➡️You have the potential 🎚️ to thrive, but it might take some time and exploration to find the right spot.

his morning before my boss and I was at the pantry having my breakfast. She got to the office and I wasn't there, she came to the pantry side looking for me, and the moment I heard her voice calling my name, I stood up and said ma'am, I'm here. She said come to the office now, just from the sound of her voice, I knew something was wrong, I was like, ah, what have I done this early morning?
I dropped my food, clean up, and ran to the office only for me to get there she said, Bright, I need to submit this report this morning, and throughout last night, I've tried different methods and formulas to get this connection done between these two workbooks and also to get the data in the second workbook into the first workbook but it isn't working, and at this point, I don't know what to do again.
I said to myself, the duty of a virtual assistant or an administrative assistant is to make the life of the client as easy as ABC.
When I looked at the formulas, she had written in the first Excel workbook, she used the right formula with the wrong approach (Technicality is needed in such manipulation). I quickly said this formula is correct, but it cannot be done this way, just add this, add that then make it absolute cell referencing and you will get what you want, and with just a click, what she had spent the whole night doing but didn't get it right was achieved in less than 2mins.
Now, the summary of the whole story is, keep learning, be consistent, and be resilience minded. You have the system; I ask the question. How many hours per week do you spend on your system or mobile phone, learning new things or at least improving on the ones you already know? doing the same thing with different methods and approaches?
To be equal to tasks simply means someone is capable, competent, and well-equipped to take on the responsibilities and demands of various tasks in his or her field. It also means the person has the necessary attributes or resources to meet the challenges and perform the duties required of him or her.
And to be equal to tasks, you must be determined to rise above challenges, not to be constrained by any kind of forces around you, and focus solely on your personal growth and development.
This is called GROWTH MINDSET
Don't use your computer for nothing, keep learning and you never can tell when those little learning will bring out flying colors in you.
