Before you decide this is not meant for you, read this one sentence - this is EVERYTHING you’re missing from getting more clients.

Content strategy is not just for the fancy brands, you need it just as much as anyone else who has something to offer.

We evolve everyday. We learn, experience, unlearn, make mistakes & grow from our experiences. With so much growth comes change - change in our ability to make a difference to the people around us. With this change, it is only obvious that your offers in your coaching business need to change as well. If what you offer today remains the same as 5 years ago, it is natural that you feel disconnected in what you do because what you have learnt from your experience is so much more than what you are offering which makes you feel like you are not doing your best work.

If you experience any of this, you should know that it’s time you consider taking a look at what it is exactly that your brand stands for & if it resonates with you any longer. If yes, what are the additions that you could make in order for you to feel excited about it again? If not, what is it that you feel called towards?

Your offers should be based on your personality & your strengths. There is something unique about each one of us - and that aspect is what helps you stand out from others in your field. What is that for you? What is unique about your current offer that is different from others? If you don’t think there is anything, it’s time to rebrand.

You know that feeling when you keep following a diet & you see no changes for the first few weeks? The self doubt & frustration that slowly takes over your will to continue? Most people choose to eat cookies & call it a day at this point, but the few who choose to push through & continue…. Start seeing the results.

It’s the same turning point for your business.

Leads don’t come in overnight.

But if you have given it the time that it needs & you’re still not seeing results, it’s time to get an expert’s opinion on what is going on.

If someone is ready to invest their money into their goal but are not ready to buy from you, it simply means that you need to change something in your business - whether that is the overall structure of your programs, or the fee structure, or the marketing! There is clearly something that is holding people back from signing up & you need to figure out what that is.

Once you do, you will slowly start seeing the growth that you desire. But until then, take this as a sign to get help & keep working!

Getting many leads but struggling to convert them?

There are a lot of layers to client conversion and we will go over them one by one! In this post, let’s look at the first layer.

✅Aligning your OFFERS with your ideal client profile.

If your program offers are meant for students who are looking to build muscle but your program prices are on the higher end, you’re not really going to get many converts. Similarly, If you’re looking to work with women who want to lose weight but your marketing or language isn’t speaking to their pain points, you won’t have many converts either.

Just like you create customised programs for your clients after doing a complete analysis of their health & lifestyle, you need to do the same for your ideal clients in order to create the best programs!

To nail your program offers, you need to truly KNOW your ideal clients inside out. You should know their pain points, their desires, their values, their motivation, their preferences with the style of coaching, their cost preferences, what would be convenient for them, etc.

Once you know this, you can then begin to define your program around it because then you will be able to design the best solution for your ideal clients.

You can decide what deliverables you should offer in order to solve your clients’ problems & in what format can they best consume it. Should it be an online course or a 1:1 coaching program or a group coaching program? What would they like the most?

Keep in mind, this is only the first half of the equation. With this, you also have to account for your own interests, goals & expertise. If you desire to work with high profile clients, you will need to work on the marketing, deliverables & pricing accordingly.

Once your program offers are in alignment with who it is that you’re looking to work with, you can then jump onto the next layer - program MARKETING.

You wake up. You check in with your clients. You update their programs. And you go to sleep. And then you complain about why you’re not seeing growth.

If this is a day in the life of your business, you need to change some sh*t up.

Stop behaving like you’re an employee & start behaving like a BUSINESS OWNER.

You need to realise that you own a business, and that means there are a LOT MORE things to do than just working for your business. If you only wanted to work a 9 to 5, there are a lot more options for you out there without the stress of business growth.

It’s time to create a weekly structure for all the other things in your business like content creation & strategy, sales & marketing, upgrading systems for better service & client experience etc to ensure progress & help you reach the goals that you desire!🙌🏼
