Getting many leads but struggling to convert them?
There are a lot of layers to client conversion and we will go over them one by one! In this post, let’s look at the first layer.
✅Aligning your OFFERS with your ideal client profile.
If your program offers are meant for students who are looking to build muscle but your program prices are on the higher end, you’re not really going to get many converts. Similarly, If you’re looking to work with women who want to lose weight but your marketing or language isn’t speaking to their pain points, you won’t have many converts either.
Just like you create customised programs for your clients after doing a complete analysis of their health & lifestyle, you need to do the same for your ideal clients in order to create the best programs!
To nail your program offers, you need to truly KNOW your ideal clients inside out. You should know their pain points, their desires, their values, their motivation, their preferences with the style of coaching, their cost preferences, what would be convenient for them, etc.
Once you know this, you can then begin to define your program around it because then you will be able to design the best solution for your ideal clients.
You can decide what deliverables you should offer in order to solve your clients’ problems & in what format can they best consume it. Should it be an online course or a 1:1 coaching program or a group coaching program? What would they like the most?
Keep in mind, this is only the first half of the equation. With this, you also have to account for your own interests, goals & expertise. If you desire to work with high profile clients, you will need to work on the marketing, deliverables & pricing accordingly.
Once your program offers are in alignment with who it is that you’re looking to work with, you can then jump onto the next layer - program MARKETING.
