If you're creating content without this, you're leaving money behind. Warm outbound is when you reach out to people who are engaging with your posts and starting a conversation with them. For example, when we see a potential client engage with our posts, we'll reach out to learn 2 things:
(1) what they liked about our content so we can create more content for them and people like them, and (2) if they need further help than what we can provide on social media.

2 ways to create content in the FASTEST way, while maintaining high-quality:
(1) Answer FAQs, especially the questions that you hear on sales calls are great to turn into content. For example, I ask my sales guys which questions & objections people bring up on their calls so we can create content that nurtures our leads before speaking with us. This allows me to quickly come up with content ideas that I know are top-of-mind for our audience.
(2) Reacting to industry influencers is also a fast & easy way to create top-of-mind content. This is great because while your target audience may not recognize your face, you can leverage an influencer they look forward to seeing. I've done this several times and gotten not only 10's of thousands of views but more importantly, 100's of thousands of dollars with this tactic. The main thing I've learned is to not just agree to the industry influencer, but also disagree so your viewers understand that you are an authority/thought-leader in your space.
So 2 action steps:
Start recording the questions you get on sales calls to have immediate, top-of-mind content.
Make a list of industry influencers that your target audience follows, go to their platforms so you can find their top posts to react to.
