When I was a kid, I hated mowing. As an adult, I find it rewarding and therapeutic. It’s funny how life changes as we get older. Time is such a precious thing. Won’t be long now and my children will be sharing similar notions.
Another Summer has passed. Another year gone by. Cherish everyday.
We had a funeral earlier today. I was working in the parking lot directing traffic. One of the cars was dripping crystal beads of water on the pavement. The owners had washed the car right before the service so that their vehicle was presentable for the cemetery procession. I was very impressed with their gesture. To me, that was a huge sign of respect to the deceased…
