@adrian.sjl and I tried capturing a few shots here in Louisiana with an attempt to make it not look like Louisiana. This shot looks like the middle of nowhere, so does that count as mission accomplished?😂
I wasn’t *that* far out, but the water was so murky that there were moments where my leg was in the water and I couldn’t see my feet. Totally kept having intrusive thoughts that the alligator we saw was going to grab my ankle and drag me into the depths— but hey I survived AND managed to not slip and fall in 🤠🤣

Ha Giang Loop, but make it cinematic 🎞️
Everyone who does the loop says the same thing, “make sure you pick the right company to do it with”— and if you know me, you know I did my research😅 I ended up finding @roadkingshagiang, and let’s just say it ended up being the best tour I’ve ever been on.
This is a 4 day motorbike loop in North Vietnam where you’ll experience culture, the craziest mountains you’ve ever seen, jump from waterfalls, just to name a few things 🙌🏼

🏍️ Drive yourself, or choose the easy rider option! I recommend the easy rider because it allows you to actually take in the views, but of course driving it is an experience in itself. My driver and I became bffs😂
🌧️ Check the weather for the time of year you plan on going! You may need a jacket. If it rains, then @roadkingshagiang has you covered.
✈️ Fly into Hanoi (Noi Bai International Airport). Road Kings can help organize your round trip Luxury VIP Sleeper bus. The journey is about 6 hours, but the bus is nice!
🥃 The happy water will sneak up on you- tread carefully 😂
🎒 Bring a packable backpack/duffel for this trip. I got mine for $5 from Decathlon and it was perfect. They’ll hold the rest of your belongings at the shop.
🛖 You’ll stay in homestays, and all of your meals are included. Try the coconut coffee (:
🎶 Bring headphones for the long drives- trust me it’s a vibe.
