The Governor of Iowa Kimberly Reynolds should step down from office and apologize to the Transgender community of this state. She has made it clear that she is a discriminating hypocrite with her bold intentions to erase the Transgender communities of Iowa. She is a disgrace to the State of Iowa and needs to back down from her hateful and disgusting show of discrimination in a state where no discrimination toward her citizens should even be happening.

One person is in jail, and a second on the run after DMPD detectives have charged them in connection with fraudulently obtaining COVID Emergency Rental Assistance funds.

In all, five fraudulent applications were filed and more than $64,000 was illegally obtained.

Detectives need your help locating 42-year-old Des Moines resident Sherry Jacobs. She has active arrest warrants for Theft - 1st Degree (3 counts), Theft - 2nd Degree, and Identity Theft (2 counts).
