It will be 5 years come April post breast cancer diagnosis began.
So this happened..
Me & my 2 friends since age 12 got matching tattoos..2 out of the 3 if us surviving Breast Cancer. And the floating dandelion petal that represents the 3rd from our tribe, who has been there for us all along the way.
No Matter where. No matter when. No matter what.

It was always us for the last 43 years.

We picked the dandelion flower and all that it represents.
Hope, resilience, healing, and transformation, often representing the ability to thrive in difficult conditions.

This flower signifies joy, youth, and, when their seeds are blown, the manifestation of wishes. Due to their three stages (flower, seed head, dispersing seeds), they represent the sun, moon, and stars, or the soul's journey.
The first flower we picked as a little girl. The first flower harvested and handed to us by our children and grandchildren throughout the years.
The first flower of new beginnings.
The first to annoy us in abundance.
To die off.
to come back again to tell you to try again.
My girls are everything to me.
I wanted a pink ribbon tattoo to remind me of a part of my journey over 4 years ago for my 1st tattoo

But I knew that just a pink ribbon alone isn’t all about me. I am more, because we all are more.

Here is to adding more pages in our book and better stories, still yet to come. To erasing the ugly endings of your book. Rewriting your destiny. And the power of the mind to believe you are more than any stuggle, disease or diagnosis. 🌼 This is truly how to
