I usually have a theme song for the trips I go to. For this quick getaway with relatives, relatives of relatives, and new friends, it’s “Mixed Nuts” by Official髭男dism! I’ve spent all my Easters with family, but this Easter, I’m mixed with people from other walks of life and I suppose we were just like “mixed nuts” packed in one bag hahaha The song is also a banger and we jammed to it in the car 🤟

This video is for choir members, choral groups, choir masters, and choir managers who are planning on making virtual choirs for the first time (or for those who just want to know more about what's happening in the backstage when the video editor finally receives all the video submissions hehe).

These are the common "hiccups" that I encounter when editing virtual choir videos and it mainly boils down to how well the planning is and how well the singers can follow instructions 😅 Hopefully, you'll be able to prevent these hiccups from happening now that you're aware! :D

My video focuses on the video editing side and not the audio mixing since I'm not the one in charge of the audio hehe

I made this back in 2010 when my piano skills and understanding of music theory were still at a beginner's level 🙈 But even then, my mom would ask me to play this piece every time I play the piano at home. When I make mistakes, she would ask me to repeat the whole piece and play it perfectly hahahaha She has been my fan ever since 🥺❤️ so as a tribute to my mom (my forever fan 😂), here's a performance of Silver Lining as written by a high schooler back in 2010 (without obvious mistakes this time! hahaha)

Wore my dad's top and my brother's pants and looked cray cray af, but making this home music vid was fun nonetheless hahaha I always thought kazoos make songs sound hilarious because of their buzzing sound! Are you familiar with this dish? Here's a chill home cooking vlog featuring my mom's cooking (she's shy so you only get to see her hands hehe). She made Laddit for my birthday and I also had fun garnishing it 🧡

Other people call this Miki, Ilocano-style Miki, or Miki Niladit, but in our family, we just call it Laddit :D There was a time when we called it "Pasta Ilocana" because we (my siblings and I) kept forgetting what "Laddit" was 😅 so mom changed the name so we could easily remember.

My mom learned this recipe from her grandmother, lola Pastora, and modified the recipe according to our taste. In other recipes, the soup is clear/thin, but in lola Pastora's style, the soup is thick and we like it like that 🙌 Also had the urge to document the recipe before my mom starts to forget 😊
