Ingredients:
500g kalabasa
1 stalk scallion/green onion
1/2 cup malunggay leaves
3/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil for frying

1 stalk scallion
1 medium carrot
400g firm tofu
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup bread crumbs
3-4 nori sheets (seaweed sheets)

Air fry at 180°C for 15-18 minutes and flip halfway. Spray with coconut oil

Coating:
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Crispy Tofu
1 block silken tofu (pressed and thawed after freezing)

Marinade:
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp smoked paprika

marinate the tofu for 10-15 minutes
1/4 cup sweet potato powder (kamote powder)
air fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway
spray with coconut oil

Ingredients:
200g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)

Marinade:
3 cloves garlic
2 stalks lemongrass
1 thumb ginger
1 tbsp calamansi juice or lemon juice
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tbsp vegan fish sauce
1 tbsp annatto oil
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/8 tsp annatto powder
salt and pepper to taste
marinate for 10-15 minutes
