I can relate to every single one of these common triggers.

Some affect me more than others.

Do any of these affect you?

If so, which ones hit you hardest?

I understand.

I am sorry that you too, like me, have to go through this on the daily.

I have been doing lots of research, since realising that I believe myself to be multiply neurodivergent. This is in order to try and help myself (seen as how there seems to be very little help available out there via the "professionals").

I will be posting some coping techniques, that I am finding helpful when dealing with my ADHD Rage shortly; so keep your eye out for those; if you think they may of use to you or someone you know and love. 💙
