We are all about canna and psychs here at 80HD but we aren’t gonna sit here like some people and tell you that partaking in the herb🔥🌱 and micro dosing🍄💊 is going to just fix all of your problems, because it really won’t🚫

You need to eat good, get daily excercise and have a full nights rest if you want to be able to control yourself and your emotions, no matter who you are or what your facing it’s a fact that taking good care of yourself and being on a good routine is the number one way to being on a good path in life & keeping your mental health in check💯

If your not loving on yourself and being good to yourself it doesn’t matter what you take as medicine or supplement, it’s not going to make you a happy person at the end of the day💯

🔋ADHD is so much more than just “being too hyper”. People with ADHD have an extremely strong sense of emotion compared to people who do not have ADHD.

❤️‍🔥These super strong emotions can fluster the individual and lead to negative/intrusive thoughts that don’t go away, this causes anxiety/depression issues quickly.

❤️‍🩹People with ADHD will often feel like they are a fraud, like they can’t figure out who they are or where they belong in life. They feel like who they are isn’t good enough and often try to form a new identity to hide behind, this is called “masking”

🖤People with ADHD can have constant burst of thoughts telling them they will never be good enough, like they can never amount to just simply being the person they already are. This can lead to the individual struggling with social life, not feeling confident in who they are as a person leads to being awkward and pushing people away without meaning to because they don’t feel secure within themselves when talking to others.

💯ADHD is all of these things and so much more. ❌ADHD is NOT an issue with “having too much energy”

💯ADHD is a sensory over load issue, it’s an executive brain function issue.
