½ cup Kodiak pancake mix
4 chicken sausages (I used Kroger Simple Truth)
⅛ cup Maple Syrup

Make the mix as shown on the box. (Just add water and heat in a pan). Cook your sausages and toss them in the batter. Throw them in the pan and cover any spots with extra batter. Remove from heat and drizzle with maple syrup. So simple but so good and high protein!

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of Fairlife 2% Milk (or milk of choice)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of honey
Pinch of nutmeg

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste the shake and add more cinnamon, vanilla extract or honey, to your desired taste. Pour the shake into a glass and top with fat-free whipped cream and cinnamon.
Add frozen banana for extra calories!

Why do we love nuggets so much?? They’re a great way for companies to feed us with grinder up filler and I feel like I never know what I’m eating. This recipe is made with everyone in mind that wants to make a quick stop at the Golden Arches but needs help resisting to make that New Year’s resolution stick this year.

I ran another test to see if red hot sauce in the saltine mix would change the flavor. This is a test kitchen and unfortunately, I don’t think it changed anything 😔. On the bright side, this was a great idea, high protein and delicious nonetheless. Recipe is below!

1lb Ground Chicken
10 Saltine Crackers
Egg White from 1 Egg
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
Sprinkle of Thyme

Combine ground chicken and spices in a bowl. In a separate bowl, smash 10 saltine crackers until it’s the same size as bread crumbs. In a third bowl, separate egg whites from one egg. Form chicken into nuggets, dip in egg whites, dip in cracker crumbs and place in air fryer. Fry for 10 minutes on 400 degrees. Dip in the ketchup you just made and enjoy!

1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1 cup White Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Sugar (or Substitute)

1-2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tbsp Protein Powder
1 tsp Brown Sugar (or substitute)

3 Squares Dark Chocolate, chopped
1/4 Cup Walnuts

Start out by preheating your oven to 375 degrees. Mix Greek yogurt and flour until it forms a dough ball. Roll out into around 20-25 small balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl (I used swerve sugar replacement for sugar/brown sugar). Roll dough balls to coat. Mix melted butter, protein powder and brown sugar in another bowl. Lightly spray a baking pan and add each ball, creating your bread. Pour the butter mixture over the bread. Chop some dark chocolate and walnuts to add to the bread. Stick them in between the dough for more flavor.Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool off and enjoy!
