Trunk Junk is the result of a passion for stand up
board sports and the cultures surrounding them. Putting the two
together has allowed us to produce a publication which holds
enourmous amounts of inspiration. Created by the two young
talents of Brandon Els and Jonathan Boonzaaier, they have
brought their own source of nourishment to a thirsty market. Trunk Junk is a high quality, bi-annual print publication that
extensively covers the inspirational side of what it means to
be an up-comer or an already established identity from the
industries of surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, art, design,
photography, film and music. We are a publication created
to meet the need of the growing demand that exists for a mix
between creativity and stand up board sports. In keeping things visually focused, we allow anyone from any
discipline to appreciate other disciplines completely separate
