ROAD UPDATE: North-South roads in Noble County, including highways, are effectively shut down due to drifting, while East-West roads are also in bad shape. Wrecker and snow plow drivers are being pulled in to rest in advance of another busy day tomorrow, when the wind will continue.

If you get stuck on the roads tonight, be prepared to stay there until morning. Have everything you need to survive with you. This is a very dangerous situation--take it seriously.
