Happy 51st Anniversary to my parents!!!!!!

A little backstory:
My parents have known each other their whole lives; they grew up in the same neighborhood. My father bought my mother ice cream at a church event when she was 13 years old and she has been in love ever since!!! They started dating seriously during my mother's senior year in highschool. They were married after she graduated.

Years later, my Father found Christ and completely changed the whole trajectory of our family.
51 years in, 10 children and 23 grandchildren!!! Without God none of this would have been possible. Surrender your life to Christ and let him write your story.

For by grace you are saved through FAITH; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Ephesians 2:8-9

Perfection is found in Christ. Our works, no matter how good they are, will never be enough to save us. Jesus said that no man can come to the Father except through Him. Salvation is found through Him, and Him alone.

Thank you Lord for sending your son to die for our sins! Help me to remember that I will never be perfect. Lord help me to put ALL of my faith in your son Jesus so that I can be saved.
