“The lawsuit, Juliana v. United States, was brought by 21 young plaintiffs in 2015 and seeks to establish a federal, constitutional right to a livable planet. If the case is successful, any federal policies that enable more fossil fuel development could be challenged as unconstitutional.

“But the Obama and Trump administrations both vehemently fought the lawsuit, and now those close to the case say that Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has indicated it will also use every procedural tool at its disposal to prevent the lawsuit from ever getting a trial.”

As it turned out, 2020 was even more rigged than 2016 as they had more time to prepare. In hindsight, that campaign was entirely useless. The material conditions for the working class have gotten worse under Biden and the Bernie campaign did not push him left. Rather, Biden has pulled Bernie with him and the Overton window continues to shift right.”

We identified that 42–53% of patients with Long COVID, but without detectable SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, nonetheless have detectable SARS-CoV-2 specific T cell responses.”

While the world focuses on America’s proxy war with Russia (at the expense of Ukrainians and direct profits for the American military industrial complex), Israel continues its slow motion genocide of Palestinians. Killing a journalist is par for the course by the IDF (the Israeli Defense Forces, a collection of young punks with guns and a mission to “mow the lawn” every so often). “Mowing the lawn” is LITERALLY Israeli language for killing Palestinians.

And you better believe our American media turns a blind eye to the DAILY war crimes committed by Israel, and is ONLY giving light to this incident because they can’t avoid it.
