— spontaneously went to the beach yesterday because I’ve been so caught up with the activities for this month that I forgot about myself and my inner peace. Every day I wake up being exhausted thinking about how to survive a task, pass my exams, win a competition, improve skills, be physically fit, etc. I realized that I only perform, not with the same motivation anymore. I made it all but in the end, it wasn’t fully happiness. It’s draining.

I understand that I set standards too high for myself. I forgot to reflect while I am in the process. It’s not always about surviving, sometimes it’s also about how you deal with pressure. Too much for this— I just want you to know that excellence isn’t pure winning after all. Take care of yourself physically and mentally ; at the end of the day ask yourself, “Are you happy?”

If your answer is yes,
then that’s what matters. 🍒
