Da Rarrafe Yaro Kan Tashi is the first Child-Led Live Radio Programme in the BAY State, where 6 children are trained in radio presentation and storytelling to weekly engage in conversations on a Live Radio Programme around issues concerning children in their communities
Da Rarrafe Yaro Kan Tashi is a GOALPrime Organization Nigeria (GPON) and UNICEF Project supported by Global Partnership for Education (GPE)

On todays topic “Corporal punishment”, it encompasses all types of physical punishments therefore “Caregivers should refrain from using any type of physical punishment with children, including spanking and paddling in schools” as this may lead to negative outcomes in a long run. Rather teach them acceptable behaviors, including how to make good choices and exercise self-control

It’s nine months since the Borno State Government passed the historic Child Protection Bill into law.

Danjuma who served on the Child Right Committee led by the state’s ministry of justice will also respond to questions from children at home.
