Motorcycle lost control and driver was found in ditch unresponsive.
Confirmed Deceased.
Driver was 50-60's male.

Pere Marquette - Special Needs Teenage child missing since ~4pm. Muskegon Police and Muskegon Fire Department, and Sheriff Marine units are assisting in the search.

No further details will be provided at this time.

**There were reports of a missing child at Hoffmaster at the same time, I am unsure if these incidents are the same or separate.

Reports of multiple victims in water. Muskegon Fire Department responded with the assistance of Muskegon Township, Muskegon Heights, North Muskegon, and Egelston Fire Department, as well as Muskegon County Sheriff Marine Patrol and United States Coast Guard.

as of 5:22pm, both patients are in critical condition and are being rushed to Trinity Hospital.

Multiple callers reporting heavy smoke from roof. Heavy fire inside.

A cat was rescued and a firefighter was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Both conditions are unknown. Please keep the firefighter in your thoughts and prayers.

Muskegon Professional Firefighters - IAFF Local 370 MFD had the opportunity to cool down the local youth at multiple parks throughout last week. Huge shout out to the firefighters for interacting with the kids of the community to reinforce the strong bond between the youth and first responders.

Boat fire with injuries, possibly resulted from an explosion while cooking. Patient has 60% of body burned and was taken by Corewell Health Aero Med to Butterworth Hospital in GR. Boat is partially submerged and HAZMAT / Coast Guard have been contacted.

Since Fall of 2021, I have had the opportunity to document 135 incidents across Muskegon county and capture the heroic actions that our public safety personnel demonstrate in the best interest for our community and its citizens.

I don't get paid to take photos, I am not asked to be there either. I used my own money and computer knowledge to make a PC based scanner that I use to get real-time scanner traffic and notifications so I can respond to these incidents at the same time the fire trucks roll out of their stations. I also host this online for free so anyone can listen online from anywhere. I take much pride in providing high quality photos and videos for no charge. I value our right to know what's going on in our community while preserving the privacy of the victims of these tragic events.

I have received many compliments regarding my firefighting photography, and as thankful as I am to have the opportunity to capture these moments, I have to direct all of the thanks to our First Responders. Without them, There would be no help when we need it... A house that catches fire overnight, will continue to burn until only ashes remain. When cars collide at high speed and entrap their occupants, no hands will ever pull like the Jaws of Life that are raced to the scene by the Fire Department. Your child's school, a place that can often be considered a home away from home, would not have an officer to watch over our students as they learn to better this world from its seeming demise. Every first responder, of every role, plays a key part in saving lives, and saving our community. Our thanks go to them.
