With it being Bell's Let's Talk, we would just like to say that we all have our struggles and mental health is a big one. So please know that the people around you love and care about you, it's ok to be vulnerable and talk about the things that are bothering you.

As someone who suffers from mental health issues I know how much it can help being able to be open about your problems, it's a game changer.

So please, reach out and ask for help if you need it. There is no shame in that, we are all here for each other.

We also go through some stats from 2019 and alot of it is shocking to say the least.

There is lots of laughs but we do discuss the negativity of it, how it can effect the younger generation and how it can set these expectations on what s*x is like, how people can become desensitized and how it can effect your s*xual relationships.

For our overall health, p**n isn't all that good for us, it's important to identify that. Know where the line is and don't have it become unhealthy.

NEW EPISODE: COST OF LIVING

Over the years we keep seeing how expensive things get and how hard it can be to get by these days.

We talk about wants over needs and what's really important in life instead of just buying things that do nothing for us in the long run, some alternative ways people take to cut costs such as living in tiny houses and more.

Every year there is always an increase in our cost of living. We just need to take a step back and identify what we really need and learn to cut costs that give us nothing back.

Hopefully things get better and hopefully some people find this episode helpful.
