When I worked as a virtual assistant, I saw countless times how social media was just an off handed task given to a VA amongst an array of other administrative tasks.

But here’s the thing. Social Media Marketing is such an ✨important✨ tool for your business that requires more than just the hour a week your paying someone to post to your accounts (and also bookkeep, and also manage your emails and also buy dog food).

💻 Have specialized knowledge to not only save you time but also get you ✨RESULTS.✨

💻 Can dedicate more time to really hone-in on your social media needs, rather than working on other aspects of your business and getting sidetracked.

💻Not only focus on the posting. But also have the knowledge and skills to craft a strategy for your business that works.

There’s nothing wrong with outsourcing parts of your business, in fact, I encourage it!

But the reality is, if you spend all your time and budget on outsourcing social media to a VA you won’t be getting the same results as if you were to invest in someone dedicated to putting 100% of their focus into your social platforms. Think target audience, goals, engagement and metrics.

Virtual Assistants are great at what they do, but you wouldn’t ask a hairdresser to also cut your grass!

Mastering social media marketing can be overwhelming.

I know, because even me, a social media professional who has years of experience and knowledge has struggled with this! I know how truly scary it can be to consistently show up online.

So how do we do it? How do we get over the fear of showing up? Showing face? Truly being the front of our business?

✅ Work on your mindset! You are a wonderful and unique and successful person, let the world know what you do!

✅ Understand that you have something to offer and truly help people. Not showing up is doing them a disservice!

✅Practice makes perfect! Perfecting a social media presence really does come with time.

✅See it as an opportunity to meet new people - tell the overwhelmed perfectionist inside you to just have fun!

And remember, nothing is more important than trying your best! Your business won't grow unless you push past the discomfort and do the hard thing ✨
