This study used simulated data and real data from Duroc pig populations to examine the impact of linkage disequilibrium (LD), causal variants effect sizes (CVESs), and minor allele frequencies (MAF) of SNPs on the accuracy of genomic prediction in joint populations.

🐷KSG Agro, Ukraine’s leading pig farming group, generated a net profit of US $ 1.04 million, 21% more than last year. The net revenue increased with 23% to $ 7.4 million, while Ebitda slumped by 27% to $ 1.6 million.
