Hi! Welcome to “Retail Therapy”. A podcast that shares anonymous, yet public stories while working in a Customer Service environment.

This podcast is intended to bring light to crazy situations while working with people, and what’s it really like to follow “The Customer Is Always Right” protocol.

I’m saying destructive, loud, and disgusting experiences that made you want to throw in your hat the minute it happened.

But sometimes… you have good experiences! I want them all.

Oh, and be sure to leave a review of your experience! Each podcast will consist of 3 - 5 stories, and reach 45 - 1hr of nonsense chatter. We’ll share our personal experiences in a similar situation, and really discuss the story. (It better be good!)
