Been walking every day. Feels good. Forcing myself to go even on days when my back is rough. Also have been streaming a lil again over on Twitch. DC Universe Online it's been fun again.

Been focusing hard on not just gym activity but just walking. Hit my step goal 16 days in a row since I started my challenge on the stridekick app. May is easily my highest step month so far. If you want to join my challenges let me know 🙃
