Today we had the court case we were 17 Business owners against the Green pass restrictions, we won a battle as the restrictions are being lifted but we haven't won the war. We retired from the court case following our advocate's advice but we haven't retired from the battle. We need your help guys we are still building our petition against the Green Pass, we want to get rid of it once and for all. I can send you a copy of the petition paper and you can help us get signatures, they have to be in blue pen and the address has to be the same as in the ID Card. Please send pm if you wanna help out.

Today, Sunday 16th January 2022,
we have asked the civil courts to stop the enforcement of the regulations that come into effect tomorrow on behalf of a number of independent businesses based on the Maltese islands.
The court has not denied the request, even though it could have.
We can advise the very good news, the court has appointed our application for debate within the shortest time frame allowed by law.
We hope that the courts shall see the negativity of these regulations and that justice shall be delivered.
It was hoped that ACE, MHRA, an employer or employee union, large business interests, MEPs, Malta Chamber of Commerce, media, or either of the political parties would have made a stand to show their concern for the rights of the residents of the Maltese islands and future generations to come.

The more we are the merrier it is. We have to try to reach 500 persons that are willing to open the case then it will be more affordable for everyone, a constitutional case will cost around 12-15k..
