Those of us who live in the land of WaWa often get to miss out on special places like the 'Somerdale Deli'.
I'm working in the Evesham/Glendora area and by far this is the absolute best place to get a sandwich in this area.
Crafted by hand, sliced and made with care to your request; mine was roast beef and Swiss with all the works, including sweet peppers and that extra oil and vinegar you see on the side.
Hoagie, chips, soda, pickle, ... came to $17.10 -
CASH ONLY, NO CREDIT !
Why make such a big deal about the cost?
Because the kind lady at the register picked a dime out of the dish so she could give me back $3.00 in bills.
Also, try as hard as you might to find a comparable meal at a 'convenience store'near you and I don't think you'll even come close.
Plus, the family run nature of this place and the community love that the regulars have for it (this was a recommendation from someone driving by when asked 'where's the best local deli' says a lot about the connections people have to their neighborhood spots.
That dude was so right!
No comparison!
This is the best sandwich in this area.
