Welcome to Exodus Concepts, I am excited to dive into the scriptures and discuss topics of both Biblical and modern worldviews, as well as other abstract Faith concepts, and Philosophy. The world is also full of questions on various topics regarding faith, so we will also discuss those together and learn as we go. The book of Exodus is the second book of the Bible and is a fantastic book full of not only primary meaning, but also a plethora of foreshadowing about the new covenant, and the coming Messiah, Yeshua/Jesus of Nazareth. The word Exodus is derived from Latin, and also the Greek word Exodos which is from the Greek Septuagint and means “gone out, or way out.” The book of Exodus not only tells us about how God took Israel out of Egypt physically, but also in various spiritual manners. I believe this foreshadows our Savior Yeshua/Jesus perfectly, as he also led us from sin and human darkness, to enlightenment and his Father’s kingdom. Yeshua/Jesus is our “way out” or our Exodus of sin. Yeshua/Jesus also taught us to “Enter by the narrow gate” which is summarized from Matthew 7:13. I look forward to ultimately exploring, and entering the narrow gate with you all.
