🌀THIS SATURDAY: officially opens their doors! The first 400 guests get FREE OG Sticky rolls!

Rolled is an artisanal cinnamon roll & coffee shop located in front of FIU, two doors down from its sister business .

With 10 rolls on the menu, only 2 are actually made with cinnamon. What does that mean? They’ve got rolls such as Tres Leches, Birthday Cake, and Cafecito (made with !)

STORY TIME: so this is probably my favorite launch we've done with ! Definitely the most satisfying.

When I was first brought onto the team, the idea of being able to promote & sell their hot sauces was one of the first things brought up. Due to the pandemic, staffing shortages, price increases, supply issues, etc., none of it could happen.

Late last year/early this year, I said "Heyyy... Jan. 22 is National Hot Sauce Day... I say we take advantage" AND WE DID!

We not only launched our brand new hand-breaded chicken sandwich, but with any chicken sandwich purchase on 1/22, customers got a free 2 oz hot sauce of their choice. It went so well, customers are still coming back for both the chicken sandwich AND the hot sauces.

Where will we take the hot sauces next? Stay tuned 😉

The biggest trolls I get are about the recent price increases or about a personal preference (i.e. there was too much salt on my fries). The best way to handle it is to 1) not ignore it 2) address it head-on and hear them out 3) communicate with the team to see what happened 4) come to a conclusion

Being kind and helpful will go a lot farther than being rude and sassy to a customer, especially on a platform where so many can see how you respond!
