The profound connection between the mind and body has been the subject of extensive research, revealing the intricate ways in which emotional and psychological experiences leave lasting imprints on our physical well-being. At the forefront of this discourse is the notion that the body "keeps the score," a phrase made famous by renowned psychiatrist Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. This concept underscores the reality that unaddressed trauma, chronic stress, and negative thought patterns do not merely linger in the abstract recesses of the mind; they manifest physically within the body, creating a cascade of physiological responses that contribute to illness and disease.
When we harbor negative thoughts—resentment, guilt, anger, or unresolved trauma—the body reacts by activating its stress response. This continuous activation of the sympathetic nervous system, responsible for the "fight or flight" mechanism, leads to a range of detrimental effects on the body. Chronic stress elevates cortisol levels, disrupts the balance of hormones, and inflames vital systems. Over time, this chronic state of stress depletes the body's immune defenses, leaving us susceptible to disease. Psychosomatic research has consistently shown that unresolved emotional pain can manifest as physical pain, autoimmune diseases, and even life-threatening conditions like cancer. The weight of psychological burdens, held over years, fundamentally alters the body's capacity to heal, regenerate, and thrive.
This is why a holistic approach to healing is not merely a choice but a necessity. The Creator, in infinite wisdom, designed the human body to be a self-healing organism. We are equipped with innate mechanisms that can repair and regenerate—if only we provide the right conditions. However, when we compromise these conditions through poor diet, toxic environments, and unresolved psychological turmoil, we sabotage the body’s ability to function optimally. The foods we consume play a central role in this delicate balance. Supermarkets today are filled with processed, chemically altered foods that are far removed from their natural origins. These products, stripped of nutrients and infused with harmful additives, act as toxins within the body. Processed foods generate inflammation, disrupt gut health, and create metabolic imbalances, laying the groundwork for chronic disease.
By choosing to consume only high-vibrational, natural foods—those untouched by industrial processes—we align ourselves with nature’s design. Whole, organic foods grown in nutrient-rich soil contain life force energy that nourishes not only the body but the mind and spirit. These foods, imbued with the essence of the Earth, elevate our energy, enhance cellular function, and contribute to mental clarity and emotional balance. The decision to reject mainstream, toxic products is not merely an act of rebellion but a profound return to the principles of creation.
It is a recognition that modern healthcare, in its current form, often fails to address the root cause of illness. While marketed as curative, many treatments serve only to suppress symptoms rather than heal the underlying imbalances. True healing requires a return to nature, to the divine principles of self-care, self-nourishment, and psychological release. We are not machines to be "fixed" by artificial means; we are living beings, created with the capacity to heal ourselves when given the right tools—nutrient-dense food, emotional freedom, and connection to the divine.
In this journey, we must shed the roles of passive recipients of medical intervention and become active participants in our healing. We must cleanse our bodies of the toxins we have unknowingly ingested and purge our minds of the negative thoughts that have festered. This path is not easy, but it is essential. We owe it to ourselves, to the Creator who designed us with such care, and to the future generations who will inherit this Earth, to embody the principles of natural healing, holistic wellness, and profound self-love.
I am refusing mainstream treatments for the tumor in my left lung because of a deep, unshakable knowing within myself that I can heal naturally. From the moment I began dealing with mainstream doctors, my body was sending clear signals—screaming at me, in fact—not to proceed with their invasive procedures. When they suggested a large needle biopsy, with side effects that felt more harmful than helpful, I knew this was not the path for me. Their methods seemed focused more on confirmation for them rather than healing for me. I already know what I need to know: there is a tumor, and I can rid myself of it by going within, connecting to my inner power, and allowing my body to do what it was divinely designed to do—heal. The idea of using toxic, destructive treatments as a "cure" makes no sense to me. I choose a path of natural healing, trusting my body and the wisdom that resides within it.
I am determined to be in Florida on November 5th with Dr. Joe Dispenza, even if it means selling everything I own to make it happen. I have some incredible art pieces, but living in New Zealand poses a challenge—shipping overseas is prohibitively expensive, and the large pieces require custom crates, which adds significantly to the cost.
No matter what i am refusing mainstream and doping everything 100% natural and doing Dr Joe Dispenza.
