An iconic artist originally shrouded in mystery, it wasn’t until April 2017 that it was finally revealed to the public that Marshmello was, in fact, Chris Comstock, who had originally taken his inspiration for creating this character from another legendary electronic

music producer, Deadmau5. However, since his debut on SoundCloud in early 2015 with “Waves”, Marshmello has achieved incredible international success. From his initial appearance on SoundCloud, he almost immediately began to receive support from industry giants like Skrillex. His debut studio album, Joytime, spawned a gold single with “Keep it Mello”. Since then, Marshmello has collaborated with the likes of Zedd, Khalid, and Ann-Marie to create multi-platinum hits that have been globally successful.
