It’s been over 9 years ago that neighborhood partner, Loren LaVassaur, first stepped into an office located at 44 Club Rd. Since then she has seen a great run in real estate and lending, the growth and change of Team LaVassaur, and has created a beautiful family in that time. Co workers have come and gone, as have referral partners and clients, but lending has held her heart and continues to with Team LaVassaur - Summit Funding Inc.

Through this giving program, N2 (the parent company of Stroll) donates 2% of our gross revenue to nonprofits in the anti-human trafficking space.

Join in the fun today from 10am to 5pm at the Museum of Natural and Cultural History in their courtyard for lots of family fun with hands-on activities highlighting themes from the museum. Activities are bilingual English/Spanish and perfect for children ages 3 and up.
Can you learn about a person from their belongings? How about from their trash? Archaeologists do this all the time! Take a trip into the past, dig into archaeology, uncover artifacts, and discover what we can learn from people who lived before us.

Every Wednesday until August 28, the park transforms into a hub of activity and camaraderie, where Alton Baker Park becomes the stage for a series of themed walks and family-friendly fun. Whether you’re a sports enthusiast, a tie-dye aficionado, or a cancer survivor celebrating resilience, there’s a theme for everyone to embrace.

At neighborhood partner, Castile Kitchen & Bath, you aren’t just a client, you’re a collaborator! Their six step design process is structured to help their team truly understand your lifestyle and create a space reflective of that. They start with an initial consultation where together they will determine if they are the right fit for you. If it sounds like they are, they enter into a comprehensive Design Agreement that ensures a thorough discovery and design process. Next their team will develop 3D images bringing your vision to life! During this time their team also explores ways to increase flow and function. You’ll then meet with your assigned designer to choose your primary selections. These include cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and wall surfaces (aka the choices that will most significantly impact the overall look) Once you’ve completed that, you’ll be on your way to finalizing your secondary selections! These are all the little details that will complete the unique aesthetic of your project. Now that you’ve done your part, their team meets to make sure nothing has been overlooked while gaining a comprehensive understanding of your project. Last but certainly not least, your Design Consultant will meet with you to deliver a Fixed Price Construction Agreement. This agreement will cover and clearly outline the project scope, associated costs, work procedures, and issue resolution methods. You’ll also be presented with a real, 3D buildable project!
