So for the next 28days I will posting a journal prompt from my ”Journaling for Self Love” Workbook.

We are about to enter the winter season which is marked by the winter solstice on December 21st.

We are currently in Sagittarius szn which is a mutable sign, meaning that the energy is about adaptability to circumstances pertaining to your life during this past fall szn.

So these next 28days will represent how you reflect and ground all that you have learned as we enter the Cardinal sign of Capricorn.

Remember that the actual new sun cycle does not begin until Aries szn and so the next winter szn is about planning for what is to come.

What is Intuition?

Intuition is the divine feminine part of ourselves that guides us but when we constantly neglect it, it begins to fade.
Much like the “universal language” in the book the Alchemist. Santiago told the alchemist that the signs would diminish slowly if he didn’t listen, and that is much how intuition works. It’s you use it’s or you lose it.

And honestly we are systematically programmed to disconnect from her. This faculty is natural to us when we’re young but we slowly get it traumatized and pipelined out of us as we undergo submission into a system that undermines our divine feminine aspects and overstimulates the hyper feminine and masculine in Us. Carrying out things that are unnatural to us, working long hours (calling it independent and hard working), and not learning how to submit and be soft. To let things flow to us in a natural way.
& if you have ever wondered how I have done traveling to two countries and rhythmically creating a life that resonates with who I am,

This is how.. I tapped into my divine feminine. And I’m still working to strengthen my relationship with her.

So do you sometimes ignore your intuition? Do you have a healthy connection with that part of you?

With these elemental practices you can learn to Finding balance. I used these along with thoroughly getting to know myself and finding things that brought me joy so that I can maintain high vibration and align with all that I desire to attract in my life.

If you’re not attracting the life you desire it is due to misalignment with your true authentic self! So the more you learn to love yourself, the more you become able to align with what you desire. Why??

This is not a secret formula. It is just energy. You are energy.
The point is that you become the best version of yourself so that along the way you become more receptive to receiving all you desire.

Because think about it… what would you do differently if you were granted that very thing you desire tomorrow?
What if you woke up living what you want?

You gotta prepare for that so everyday you line yourself to that by making small incremental changes but also holding yourself accountable and holding space for for grace when it’s not all cupcakes and rainbows..

It is your own formula.. everyone is different. I am only a guide and a reminder of your true divinity ❤️🌹✨💯🧘🏽‍♀️
